It turns out that the first thing we do when we wake up has a big impact on the rest of the day. If you immediately pick up your phone, your brain will not be able to use its morning neuroplasticity and will be less able to absorb information.

Experts advise not touching your gadgets for the first 20 minutes. Instead, drink a glass of warm water, do some light exercises or stretching, and wash your face with cool water.

It is better to have breakfast 30-40 minutes after waking up, and without coffee — the ritual with it should be postponed for at least an hour.

By the way, in the evening you need to prepare for the next day: go to bed before 11 p.m. and put your phone away an hour before bedtime.
